I am excited to embark on the next installment of my health journey.
After much research, I have discovered the promising concept of eating according to alkalinity.
I have created a meal plan based on the PH scale, protein and carbohydrate needs, anti-inflammatory standards and dietary recommendations for chronic illness.
I have compiled all this information into what I call the-
“PH Power Protocol”
Starting Monday (April 30, 2018) I will be doing LIVE videos with instructions on how to properly execute this protocol to achieve better health.
I am starting this protocol to improve my own health and if I can help others do the same, that is my goal!
