PH Power Protocol


My name is Winslow E. Dixon.

I have adrenal insufficiency, endometriosis and medullary sponge kidney disease. I constantly struggle with my health. I went from working two full time jobs and pursuing a career in medicine to being 100% home-bound, unable to work or drive.

I am going to do ANYTHING possible to get my health back.

I have heavily researched the importance of proper nutrition and feel that following a PH scale based diet is the next step I need to take in my healing journey and I invite you to join me.

This diet is a patient’s perspective and is not to be used to treat or diagnose any condition. Do not start or stop any treatment diet protocol without first contacting your physician.



Why eat according to the PH scale?


This diet is based on eating foods according to the PH scale. The science behind this diet is to eat 80% alkaline foods and 20% acidic foods in order to give the body proper nutrients and reduce the toxic load. When the body is constantly having to process acidic foods, it can cause toxicity and create health problems. The concept of this diet is to give the body less acidic foods and therefore giving it “less work” and allow it to heal itself.

I am starting this diet to give my body the best possible tools to find healing.

I will be posting meal plans, recipes and helpful tips- Free of charge.

My goal is to find enough healing to have more good days than bad, because unfortunately that is not the case in my life now.

If I can find healing, I want to help others do the same.

I’m not doing this for money or to promote any diet or supplement- I just want to feel better and I’ll do whatever it takes to find better days again.
